Meet Marigold Executive Chef Kris Cole

Kris is a classically trained chef who has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Louisville, including Jack Fry’s and Lilly’s Bistro. Growing up near Seymour, Indiana, he began working in the industry as a teen before attending culinary school at Sullivan University, where he honed his skills and set his sites on running his own kitchen. His approach to creating an unforgettable menu is to focus on regional and seasonal ingredients that can be found locally, while also expertly incorporating clients’ preferences and requests.
