WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT RENTING OUR SHOWROOM? HERE ARE A FEW DETAILS…
Marigold's Mobile Bar Showroom event rental space is located in Middletown at 498 N. English Station Road. With a full bar setup and a super-cute aesthetic, our space is perfect for more intimate events like cocktail parties, graduation parties, and baby showers with passed or stationed bites and sips.
PRICING BELOW IS FOR A 4-HOUR RENTAL FOR CATERED EVENTS:
Weekday Day - $1,500 food and beverage minimum
Weekday Nights and Weekends - $2,500 food and beverage minimum
WITHOUT CATERING:
Weekday Day - $400 fee
Nights and Weekends: $800 fee
RENTAL FEE INCLUDES:
4 hours at the showroom (additional hours at $200/hour)
High-end disposables for Marigold-catered events (cups, beverage napkins, flatware, plates)
Marigold’s on-site point person for day-of questions
Non-refundable cleaning and damage fee
Use of one 6ft display table and two high top tables; additional tables and chairs available to rent as needed for an additional fee.
You are also welcome to bring in your own food or dessert; please note that if you do not use our catering, you will be responsible for bringing in everything you’ll need to serve food (plates, napkins, silverware, etc) and you are responsible for any cleanup. All food, beverage, and equipment must be removed after your event. By law, we do not allow any outside alcohol to be brought into the space, and all alcohol consumed on premise must be served by one of Marigold’s licensed bartenders.
Let us know if your event will require custom table configuration or movement of any furniture, which may incur additional fees. Your booking includes all onsite furniture and decor—guests are free to bring in outside furniture rentals, decor, linens, et c. but these must be approved prior to the event. Please note that we do not allow glitter, confetti, or any candles (yes, even birthday candles) in the space.
